Restaurant PR is notoriously challenging—critics are skeptical, and the news cycle moves fast. Chef Santos was camera-shy and preferred to let her food speak for itself, limiting traditional media opportunities. Additionally, each new location needed to feel authentic, not like a chain.

Solution

Our Approach

We built the campaign around the food and Chef Santos's immigrant story, making her accessible without overexposing her. We secured a feature on Netflix's 'Chef's Table' (regional edition), partnered with local food banks for community goodwill, and created Instagram-worthy moments at each location. Our 'Secret Supper' series generated waitlists of 10,000+ for exclusive dining experiences.
