Chef Maria Santos had built a cult following at her original restaurant, but expanding to new locations required broader brand recognition. Artisan Eats needed to transition from a local favorite to a regional culinary destination.

Restaurant PR is notoriously challenging—critics are skeptical, and the news cycle moves fast. Chef Santos was camera-shy and preferred to let her food speak for itself, limiting traditional media opportunities. Additionally, each new location needed to feel authentic, not like a chain.
Solution
Our Approach
We built the campaign around the food and Chef Santos's immigrant story, making her accessible without overexposing her. We secured a feature on Netflix's 'Chef's Table' (regional edition), partnered with local food banks for community goodwill, and created Instagram-worthy moments at each location.
